Those are concept art pictures from my F3 collector's edition booklet. Smells like a scam...

How could anyone with an iota of sense believe those are actual screenshots?

There's a pretty awesome texture pack at fallout nexus (It might be the same as OP guided but with different name)
I believe the HD pack was originally released back in 2008 or 2010, but it seems it just got updated.

I definitely Agree with that it just shows you how Lazy some game designers / developers really are I mean with such a Large team C'mon!

That and Skyrim sucks because I can't put it on my Toshiba 3tb external Hdd it uses Usb3.0

can't wait for Usb four and external SSD's that come in 1,024TB Now That will be some serious storage! but by then we will all have walk in Video games with full Body suits and or we will be downloaded on a Hard drive somewhere!

Okay, now as a brit, I fully understand sarcasm and use it frequently in day to day conversation. However, this topic is getting beyond me - from the blatant use of concept art as "screenshots" and the fact that the alleged HD pack is only c 300mb, I'm working on the basis this is a little bit dodge...

not only using concept art as "screenshots", but using somebody elses concept art as screenshots :)
