If anyone is in the beta of the Family Guy Online (no idea if it's open or not), can you try to start a new game? I created my character but then it stops on the loading screen with 75% progress. Tried few times in few browsers and nothing.

... why.

I don't know but I kind of feel like I'm in some sort of weird dream right now.

I'm suprised nobody has come up with a Spaceballs Online MOO yet.

Think about it, F2P, pay for the weapons. Flamethrowers at only 10$, it would be a huge success.

It almost seems like everything is getting an mmo these days. Heck there is even a south park mmo coming up:

I crashed in Firefox and Chrome when I tried it too with only the music playing. Think it's still Beta and everything.

It's not an MMORPG, it's a single-player RPG in the vein of Final Fantasy.

Who thought Family Guy Online was a good idea? Are we going to see THQ publish a Josef Fritzl adventure game as well?

Actually I've been following FGO since the first announcement and I like it humor. There were some surveys at the beginning and the first two were like:
