Do you guys think if other alien planets failed to hold restraint when it came to weapons of mass destruction and thats why we haven't come across any yet because they committed planetary suicide, thinking about makes me wonder how many planets came to this fate

Yeah man. They totally did this. I remember this friend of mine, he was abducted by aliens, he said they told him that there's so much war going on out there. It makes me glad I'm not an alien.

Life is an enigma. Alien Life may not be subject to the so called 'conditions of life' that our planet ascribes to. We also have to consider the size and scope of such life.

Lastly, human beings carry a finite number of senses through which we perceive reality. There is much that escapes our attention. If we were to see everything that reality could conceive then we driven mad, I think. Who knows what horror lurks in the spaces that lie in between?

I guess every intelligent race enough has to go through a perioid in its history where they stumble upon a weapon that can potentially wipe out everything. I'm willing to bet, mostly because I won't be alive to see they day, that if we ever do manage space travel to other civilizations there will be relatively few totally peaceful ET's out there.

Nah, the reason aliens haven't contacted us is that they were looking for intelligent life and there's bugger all here on Earth.
