Ok so I've got copies of Heroes of Might and Magic 5 and the first expansion of that game. However I've managed to lose the disk and box and manual for the expansion. What I'm curious on is if I can get access to the activation code that was used from the details already present on my computer (from memory I'm fairly sure this is accessible without much difficulty).

Secondly if the above can be found is there any download service that allows me to activate the serial code to re-download the game content. I know Steam offers this service, but last I checked HMM5 isn't on the list of supported games.

overread: I know Steam offers this service, but last I checked HMM5 isn't on the list of supported games.
It's a pretty rare service and in most cases is only available for games from that particular developer. (Valve/Steam, EA/Origin, Blizzard/Battlenet)

Steam has the exception with Steamworks games, and in rarer cases some games that can also be activated from retail CD-keys, but those are pretty rare.
If you have the game installed then it should be in your registry (assuming you're using Windows), can't remember where off the top of my head though, you might wanna look it up.
Pheace - aye I know its a rarer feature (sadly) but if anyone knows if its possible with the Heroes series I'd be very happy to hear about it.
