Leroux: I don't know about "forgotten" but sooner or later I'd definitely like to see:

Albion (!)
Al-Qadim: The Genies Curse
Anachronox (curious about it)
Anvil of Dawn
Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain (ok, not really a RPG, but Al-Qadim isn't either ;) )
Dark Sun 1 & 2
Dark Messiah of Might & Magic
Dungeon Hack
Eye of the Beholder 1 & 2
Forgotten Realms Unlimited Adventures
Grandia II
Knights of the Old Republic (with full Vista-compatibility)
Rage of Mages 1 & 2
Ravenloft 1 & 2
Silver
System Shock 1 & 2 (curious baout them)
VtM: Bloodlines
The Wheel of Time (might not be a real RPG but I'm curious about it)

And maybe also:

Dungeon Master 1 & 2, plus Chaos Strikes Back (classic, but there's also the free RTC)
Evil Islands (curious about it, is it any good ?)
Eye of the Beholder 3 (not as good as 1 & 2 but still enjoyable enough)
Fable (curious about it)
Hexplore (curious about it)
Menzoberranzan (I think I read it's a buggy mess)
Prince of Qin (sounds interesting but I read a few bad things about it)
Revenant (not sure I'd want to replay it)
Throne of Darkness (I still own the retail and it works fine, never played through it though)
Wizardry series (never played any of it but I probably should try them)

Aaaand ....
someone should port Chrono Trigger and Vagrant Story to the PC and then sell them on GOG. ;)
I had the boxed set of Ravenloft 1 & 2 , Dark Sun 1&2 and Al-Qadim: The Genies Curse in DOS and never got around to playing them before I had to upgrade. Would really like to see them here.

Albion
Eye of the Beholder series
Silver
Summoner

These favourite four of mine are my selections.
Braminar!!
No, not really.

I played this a lot as a kid for some reason. Easily entertained, I guess.

ttomm46: For me
1 Summoner
2 Throne Of Darkness
3 Darkstone
4 Revanent
5 Hexplore
I played Summoner on PS2 ages ago and bought 2 copies (one for bro and one for me) but we never played it. I lost my copy ages ago, but got my bro's copy and took it on a work trip last week. It was really quite good. I can't remember almost any of it, but it's a fun game. It works on XP without a hitch.

Kezardin: Gorgon's Alliance
I had this one forever. I sold it maybe 5 years ago. It's a great game, too. Even just a similar game would be great. You had a turn-based strategy and you recruited heroes that would go on quests. But you got to play the quests. And the battles were quite fun, also.

The game didn't have any kind of timer to it, so it ran very very very quickly on newer computers.

keremix: Elder Scrolls Series (Arena, Daggerfall and Morrowind)

Darkstone
ES's Arena and Daggerfall are free. Check Bethesda's website.

Darkstone was a great game. Highly underrated.

You can download Arena and Daggerfall from the Bethesda website using these links

I would love to see Dungeon Master here, but how about:

- Swords of Twilight
I got it on Amiga and I doubt there was ever a PC version: a talk/fight RPG, you had to be very careful with characters' moods and your attitude (polite, angry, cautious, ...) while interacting.

- Hillsfar
A short D&D RPG, not too pretty but fun to play, a pause to level-up and do some city centered adventures between Pool of Radiance and Curse of the Azure Bonds.

- Legend Of Valour
An open-ended RPG in a big city, with a Wolfenstein 3D - like view, sort of a spiritual ancestor to The Elder Scrolls series.
