The last three or so days when I click on the "Forum Replies" in the My Account pull down it fails to connect. It's not a huge problem but when someone replies to me in a game specific thread it takes a while to go track it down.

Anyone else having this problem?

Oh and while I'm here, whoever is back to serial derepping me, I'm very impressed, now fuck off and get a life.

A +1 to counter the negativity, some folks have nothing better to do then go around different threads and negative rep the posts there.

Thanks, now do you happen to know why my 'forum replies' isn't working? :P

Unfortunately that is a weird issue and I am not sure why it isn't working for you. Did you try contacting support? :)

I'll see if anyone has any ideas in here first. I don't want to bother support with such a minor problem.

I have the same problem. I can see only "Topics I've participated in".
I also get no "notification" when someone replies (the little red number). Don't know if the notification works with PMs though.

Edit: The My Posts section seems to be bugged also. This thread is the only one that shows up for the last 24 ours.

Just FYI, mine is working fine, using the Google Chrome. On an odd, somewhat related note..I can't even log on to my acct using IE. I try to log in, and it just returns to the home GOG home page, still not logged in. Just keeps cycling that way. I use IE less and less, so at this point, I don't really care. Still urks me though....

XD I use IE and while I was waiting for a reply to this I decided to log off and then on again to see what happens. Well I got the same problem you have until just this second when it all of a sudden immediately logged me on. I'm guessing there are several kinks going around at the moment and so long as the forum still works and GOG continues to release cool games like "Harvester" I'll cope with the problems.
I clicked "Forum Replies" and it loaded a bit more slowly than visiting other parts of the website. Maybe the gog bears are drunk again.

"Forum Replies" work well for me, so I don't know what could be the problem.

Regarding your derepping, some guy mention your name here: http://www.gog.com/forum/general/letter_from_the_md_about_regional_pricing/post5036
I hope this is not the reason for your negatives.

Yessum, seems like IE is always having some types of issues. I suppose since it's so popular for browsing, it is constantly updated for security reasons, and and that often can cause problems with sites now and then. The IT guys must pull their hair out trying to keep up with all the bullshit making sure everything runs smoothly for those using/visiting their sites. By the way, it was constant IE problems I kept having here that prompted me to finally start using another browser. I have found athough GC isn't perfect, it will often work on sites when IE is dickin me over. Mmmm, been eyeing Harvester. Trying to back off buying a lot right now(specially after the Xmas sale), as I am actually making some headway n2 my backlog for a change! Must resistttt......

I've messed around with other browsers and they all have their pluses and minus; I stick with IE because I'm familiar with it. I hate to sound like a crotchety old man but I just don't have it in me to relearn a whole new set of pull-down menu placements. :P
Seriously, get Firefox. I wouldn't even call it a learning curve switching from IE, you should be comfortable using FF really quick. When you've settled in, you can begin to explore all the plugins available, which is such a plus over IE. Try FF right now and see if the issue persists, it's what I'd do.

For the record, firefox is incredibly simple. I've never had a problem with GOG while using Firefor, or any other browser for that matter, really, but if you start using FF, I can help you with it anytime.
Did Firefox ever fix their printing issues? I still have it loaded on my computer, but some things I print on it do not print right. I use Chrome now, for that reason. Chrome prints correctly, still has Adblock Plus, a Greasemonkey clone, and everything else works smoothly.
IE I still use for Windows Update, my company's timesheet program (which looks horrible on both Chrome and FF), and any websites that don't work correctly (which is becoming less and less of an occurence).

As far as the menu options, the only time I need to go in there is when I need to print something or check my browser history.

Oh, the other problem I had with FF was searching from the address bar. Sometimes it would search and other times it would bring up the h t t p: / / "the search term". I had to remember to put a question mark before my search term to avoid that problem. No problems at all using web search without using a question mark with Chrome or IE.
