Well they got permission to make from Bethesda but don't know about Interplay. I assume they got permission from them as well. I think it is also just a fan made free project for fallout fans as well.

I wonder if Bethesda gave them permission just to fuck with Interplay? It wouldn't surprise me.

Interplay doesnt matter its all Zenimax and there lawyers... if they got the green light it doesnt matter the offical MMO is in the works the modders can goahead from my understanding... falls in the same vein as Black mesa and the original valve redo...
