I was just downloading a couple of my new GOGs, when I noticed the free GOGs now have a label across the top left corner that reads "FREE"...when did this start?

(I know, its nothing earth-shatteringly important, but then again neither are alot of the threads here in the general forum.)

I did not see them (labels) yesterday, so I assume it's today's change.

Is this GOGs new "thing"...make one subtle change per day & see who catches it?

They can do this, but not code in other stuff like a go to last post read thing for read threads, or a new wanted list? :\

It was possible in the past, now its not.

Which was awesome because you could post a code for a free game and they wouldn't know what it was until they tried to redeem it.

In addition to the free games already available, GOG has been known in the past to gift a free game for various reasons...Jagged Alliance: Deadly Games was gifted to all who were part of GOG Beta, but its not a regularly free title.

Anyone else get any free GOGs that aren't regularly free? Not including gifting from others, of course.

If I recall, Tex Murphy 1+2 was offered free for a limited time (December 2009).

It was even better when they didn't show you the title until you had already redeemed it.
