Anyone having issues with the Free ME2 from EA. I am able to download it via the EA Download Manager and it says ready to install. I click it and it says installing for about a second and then immediately goes back to ready to install. I have re-downloaded the tried several times with no luck. Glad it was free because if I would have paid full price I would not be a happy camper.

See if it appears in Games. I've had just the same 'thing', and it appears to have installed automatically right after download. At least it runs normally, while EADM says "ready to install".

Not sure about what you mean by Games - but I am able to run it by going to the install folder and creating my own shortcut of the .exe file.

I think he means the built-in Games launcher/folder in Windows Vista and 7.
