Hey all

A few friends and i have been looking for a way of playing poker together online (6 different countries so has to be online)

Its just for recreation so no money involved and there must be a way for it to just be the 6 of us.

We have come across a few sites that looked promising but all of them turned out to be pay to play under the guise of free, bait and switch so to say.

Do any of you know or even better USE any sites like this?

I'm looking for one. It has to be for shits and giggles with no money exchange because as much as I love poker, I SUCK AT IT!!!!!

Right now I've got a great SP Dog's Playing Poker game on my PC which is a lot of fun but ultimately a bot is a bot even if it's designed to look like a Basset Hound.

Yeah there are plenty of single player ones, just havent found a multiplayer one that doesnt rely on free starter chips or double your deposit bullshit.

Im crap at poker too but I enjoy the game

I'm not sure I understand the point of online poker for no money. You don't get money and you don't get to humiliate your friends and you only get a gimped version of bluffing.

just for recreation with no worries later about people getting pissed off for loosing money,

Ive tried online poker with friends before that is for money and I discovered a lot of people were sore losers.

Why get into arguments if you dont have to. If they want to play for something we all know each other from EVE online, a PLEX or a faction ship for the winner with everyone contributing a portion would be easy to implement and as its ingame money shouldnt cause any issues.

You also don't get your legs broken if you lose a bet you can't pay off.

It's poker, if I want to be nice to my friends, I wouldn't be gambling with them. Anybody foolish enough to play cards with me, deserves whatever misery they get from losing.
