So, there's this very interesting looking indie game called Frozen Synapse that looks a bit like a turn based Rainbow Six:

The game does also feature a 55 mission singleplayer campaign.

It's rumored to release pretty soon. The game (with beta access at the moment) is currently being sold as a bundle of 2 keys (you'll also receive 2 Steam keys later). Anyone with me to split the costs? Couldn't get any friend to take a look at this promising title. :(

I would call that a cross between Rainbow six and The Sting. I've played both of them, and liked them, so I just might try out Frozen Synapse.

I'm interested, I've only got 7 euros on my Paypal at the moment though.
It looks pretty freaky and the recent addition of a single player campaign makes it even more interesting than it was.

I was interested in it, when i heard it's a turn based squaddie, then i noticed it's more like LSN and that war game [can't remember the name now], and i'm more with the JA type of squaddies, and then i saw the price... I'm still interested, but i'll just have to wait, i'm afraid i'm in no material position for that game right now.

Ye, the price is the only thing turning me down a bit. I mean, I would also like to buy the game and just give the second key away but considering 1. the price, 2. The Witcher 2 being released in about a week and 3. I'm pretty low on money I think this is the best way to go...

I've looked at it a few times but solely because it reminds me to Subversion which is a game I really would like to be finished.
