I, too, get simulator/motion sickness very easily with first-person-perspective games. However, with the first Lands of Lore: The Throne of Chaos, the movement is step-by-step, tile-based. So, chances are you won't get it. At least I am okay with that kind of movement, which is why I am looking forward to the upcoming Legend of Grimrock (http://www.grimrock.net/) because it has the tile-based movement.
I have not played the Lands of Lore: Guardians of Destiny, so I do not know, but maybe here the movement is no longer tile-based, which means simulator/motion sickness is possible for me.
