the rights are owned either by SSI - which now is UBI, or Mindscape. Gog do have some UBI games here, but I do not think Mindscape is here? I am not sure which one holds the rights.

They have Fantasy Wars, it is an excellent remake.

If it is fantasy general that you are talking about, then that game runs just fine in Dosbox.

I'd think it could pretty easily show up through Ubisoft.
