I just downloaded Ghost Recon and the tilde key which is selected for changing weapons does not respond. Can any help with this problem??

Does the tilde key work in other games or out of the game? Make sure it is not just your keyboard.
Are the key bindings set up properly? Changing weapons might be set up for a different key or not set up at all for some reason.
Could also just try changing the button to something else, see if it works then.
