I was preparing my cart to buy some old good games in the sale. Even though I have Gothic 1 on CD I wanted to complete Gothics available on GoG. I have added Gothic 1 and 3 to the shopping cart (as I already own G2). I found out that Gothic 1 is for full price - 9.99.

Is is bug or feature? :D I really would like to buy Gothic 1 for a half price ;)

I wouldn't exactly call it a feature, but Gothic 1 is not on sale, no.

Gothic 1 never ever goes on sale. It has a different publisher than the others, and the publisher is weird.

guayar: It's really shame. So I will have to think twice before I make any purchase.

GOG really isn't the best place to buy Gothics. Gamersgate has them DRM free, I believe, and they have a bundle price which is also sometimes discounted. For the GOG price, you could get Arcania thrown in as well there.
