Austrobogulator: I'm going to call this a failed experiment.
Don't be sad, Austro. Science has advanced greatly because of failed experiments (leading to consider new hypotheses) ;)

Austrobogulator: If you've posted in this thread by then, you're in the running to win a copy of Daikatana.
Even those of us who have refused to vote for "Big Rigs"? :D :p

Reached 125 with my vote. I'm in, so thanks Austrobogulator for the opportunity and +1.

Yep.

BTW, sorry to everyone that felt like they voted for Big Rigs against their will =| (if it means anything, I have faith in Gog's judgement when it comes to the wishlist).

Very nice of you, mate. :)

Hope you'll survive to the pitchforks and torches' angry mob, however... :p
Voted for Big Rigs just for the fun of it. I'm in, and +repping all the way.

I also don't get why people get so annoyed at this... it's funny, plus they get the chance to win a game, so... it's not like GOG is going to pick Big Rigs, anyway, even if it gets 50000 votes.

Well. I voted. I had a laugh. Count me in, Austrobogulator.
Bump

I made it 127 votes.

In all good conscience, I could not vote for it... I almost did, out of morbid curiosity to play the game, but just couldn't get my finger to click the button. uchristensen summed it up for me -

uchristensen: I think giving money to the folk that made Big Rigs is just wrong in of itself. Sure, it is "good" for a laugh, but seriously no. One thing you might or might not know is, that the main guy behind Big Rigs, Sergey Titov, is also the guy behind the scam-tastic The War Z (not to be confused with the ARMA2 mod DayZ).
Daikatana was considered bad, because it was subpar for its time and the companion AI was frustrating.
Big Rigs is bad, because it's completely broken.
On the off chance that GOG actually puts this on the site one day, and it costs money, and a single penny of that goes to the above mentioned producer of the game (who now has a history of scamming people, and I firmly believe has never had any intention of creating an entertaining product,) I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I had voted for it.

If it were completely free, then I would have no problem.

Anyways, thanks for putting on the giveaway Austrobogulator, but please don't enter me. Already have my copy :)

Wow.. Thank you Austrobogulator. And also a big thanks to the gods of random.
I haven't yet played the game but after reading a lot about the controversy behind it, I do want to see for myself.
Congratulations blotunga, John Romero's about to make you his bitch! Thanks for giving me an occasion to say that, Austro :D
