It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I try to login using my gog downloader app and it's not working.

It says that servers are offline.

i use 0.9.30 ver. is anywhere here newer ver?
Same here. Although I can download via web browser, I can't d/l with a custom download manager. The whole gog.com is pretty flaky at the moment. It's obviously getting hammered with the re-launch. I would imagine things will sort themselves out soon enough....
I prefer downloading through my browser. The downloader has always been quite problematic. I also don't think it is possible to download with a custom download manager.

You know, it might be convinient when youre downloading small games. But when you're downloading big packages like Disciples 2 GOLD over 2 GB of data and you can't resume your downloads...

I prefer gog downloader.

But it's not working now.

Thanks to you i know, im not the only one. Thanks!
That's a shame (about the downloader). I don't like to download massive files in one hit from a web browser because it could crash at any given time, or the connection (I'm on a wireless connection) can cut out and I have to start over again.

Hopefully the downloader starts working properly soon enough. I have three awesome games to download :)

Or you could just download it off the browser where it is likely to be 4x faster. It's your choice anyway, I'm just saying that the downloader has never really been known for it's stability (and speed).

Browser downloads can be a real problem for people with slow or unreliable internet.

Personally, I prefer the downloader anyways, and look forward to a working one or perhaps even an upgrade.
I can concede to that. I don't get frequent disconnects, but the downloader will certainly be a lot more useful than in its current state if it can match up to browser-downloading speeds.
Unless I am mistaken, I thought I heard during the press conference that the GOG Downloader was going to be discontinued.

It is a shame, because I (like many others here, it seems) have enjoyed using it. Hopefully the GOG team will introduce some sort of alternative solution to browser downloading.
They need to do something. The GOG Downloader doesn't work, and downloading through Firefox causes it to crash at just above the 500Mb point. I'm having to resort to Internet Exploder, and that's low.
