After days of endless counting the tweets, reviews, share the glory’s and what not, we've finally pulled together a complete list of our heroes participants and we ran a lottery to find who won.

A freaking awesome GOG branded sword and shield and $150 in store credits will go to ... YepNix !

For the tweet that YepNix sent @ Thu, 10 Mar 2011 15:13:38 +0000 ;). Congratulations, YepNix! We've already contacted you to get your mailing address, but here you can bask in the admiration of your fellow GOG heros who helped make our Ubisoft relaunch such a big success.

Congrats! Be careful with that sword. Don't take it out in the presence of people you don't like. Things will... happen.

YepNix: Hey, folks. Thanks for all the congratulations! I've been a long-time user of GOG, though most definitely a lurker. I never expected to win; I got the email early this morning and thought it was a dream for a while.

I will most definitely post pictures once I receive the sword and shield. Big thanks to the GOG crew!
A long time user and a seemingly nice person to boot? I'm content with who won :D

Also, please no pics of the shield. I saw the contest pic showing the shield(or as I call it "The burnt as piss hockey puck of bleh"), and it looked like a big plastic frisby with the words Gog.com on it. Yeah I know it's free and cool to win something like that from Gog, but still....... (To say I coulda made something better in metal shop in HS is an understatement.)

What I wanna see is the sword......hopefully it'll look better than the shield. (Heck, a dumpster full of throwaway diapers full of poo would look better than the shield.) So here's hoping the sword looks decent.
sure, the sword and shield are just plastic toys... but why not?

it would of course be awesome if they were made of steel (and for wizards you'd get a real-life wooden staff with a glowing crystal at the end) but come on, it was just a little contest where all you needed to do was post a comment on FB... we're just playing here, hence the toys.

Btw, has other heroes received their prizes? I've got an email back in March saying I'd get a free game but no more contacts... Hope they are too busy readying all those Lucasarts games they will release Real Soon Now!

I got my game from the warrior quest. Did you reply to that email you received with the game you wanted ?

Edit: Also got the stickers and a GOG insignia in the mail a couple of weeks ago.

I got my game as well, quite quickly after i told them what i wanted. I haven't checked my snail mailbox to see if i got my sticker, but I remember someone from GOg staff saying he was done sending them all.

Send in an email to users@gog.com. I don't know why you never got your game code, but we'll set you right.
