I'm missing XIII and Second Sight. I had already downloaded Second Sight and all the extras but I hadn't downloaded the installer for XIII yet. I'll be sure to dl it as soon as they put it back on my shelf.

Yep. XIII is gone right now (and came back once yesterday).

Sent a ticket to Support about an hour ago.

I just found a single blank spot in the middle of my game list also, and after sorting alphabetically my game count appeared to go down by one which suggested to me that the game was either first or last alphabetically. Looking at both ends of the game list and co-relating with what other people have mentioned here, I was able to determine that XIII vanished from my account also, however it still takes up space in the bookshelf when using the default sort so I assume the game is still in my account and that it is just a temporary website glitch as others have mentioned in the thread. I also filed a GOG support request and will report back if they give me any info not already posted by someone else. Take care guys!
