Hi !

Did the Gothic series already have its own Holiday Deal?
If the answer is no, can we expect it to have? When?

Thanks!
Henrique.

Gothic is technically already on sale, as is nearly the entire catalog, but it's highly unlikely to be a part of any special Gothic bundle sale for 75% off or something like that. There's only one day unaccounted for left in the sale, and it's really anyone's guess as to what that sale will be. Possibly a new release sale day since New Years day is a Tuesday, or maybe just an encore sale day where all of the bundles are on sale one last time.
Gothic 1 rarely goes on sale, so 50% off is pretty good. Mind you with a base price of $9.99 it's overpriced for what it is, so opinions may vary. Wait until the last day before purchasing, just in case. Or just skip Gothic 1 altogether.

I'll probably get some flak for this, but there is another option to consider. GamersGate has the Gothic Complete Collection that contains Gothic I, Gothic II Gold, Gothic III and Gothic III: Forsaken Gods Enhanced Edition. The games are all DRM free and the bundle frequently goes on sale. It's 50% off right now, but it's been even cheaper than that many times.

You'll miss out on the goodies that GOG provides of course. But if you can live without them, GamersGate is the cheapest way to get the series DRM free.
