Nothing to do with games but I just read this article regarding a recent plane crash in the San Francisco area and since we seem to be keen on making fun of shit news services and incompetent government performance I thought some folks in here would enjoy it. Before anyone gets on me for making fun of tragedy...AGAIN...note that as of now only three fatalities have occurred from the accident and two of them were from being run over by rescue vehicles (true).

A CNN affiliate in Oakland actually reported the names of the crew from the Asiana Airlines flight as the following (see attach). What's worse is, suspecting something odd about the names, the network contacted the NSTB (National Safety Transportation Board) who went on to actually CONFIRM THE NAMES AS LEGIT!!! :O

Remind me never to make fun of European accident investigation again. Obviously us good old Americans have set the standard for stupidity in the field. :P

When asked for comment on the dubious nature of the crew names, lead investigator Dom S. A. Dornob claimed it to be "weird, but nothing more than a coincidence"...

To quote the last name of the last crewmember: Ow !
The driver of the ambulance, Wun Em Owa, is now under arrest and facing charges of negligent homicide.
Ho Lee Fuk !
seems to be a "oops" or so the NTSB says
http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2013/07/12/ktvu-gaffe/2513971/

Its statement said: "A summer intern acted outside the scope of his authority when he erroneously confirmed the names of the flight crew on the aircraft. The NTSB does not release or confirm the names of crew members or people involved in transportation accidents to the media. We work hard to ensure that only appropriate factual information regarding an investigation is released and deeply regret today's incident. Appropriate actions will be taken to ensure that such a serious error is not repeated."

I know! :p
Or four last sentences recorded on the flight voice recorder.
Wow that is bad, that intern will not be listing that job as a reference.
And when I scrolled down the article I also saw a guy that looked like someone took a giant melonballer to his head, weird stuff all around.

After completing his internship, Phan Ni Gui returned to his native country of Vietnam to pursue a career as a standup comedian. Hilarity ensued...
