To update. I contacted support@groupees.com and they got back to me right aways, apologized for the situation and stated that Plugin Digital is refusing to give the keys even though the signed a contract obligating them to do so.
Yesterday morning I forwarded that Groupees email and a screen grab of the Be Mine X bundle page showing that Steam keys were promised for Finding Teddy to the contact email address for the developer and publisher from their respective Desura pages. Those addresses were r.streichemberger@lookatmygame.com and marketing@plug-in-digital.com. I also sent messages to their Twitter inquiring about the status. I recieved no reply, though note that Groupees got back to me right away.
Early this morning (about 8 hours ago now) I sent replies again to those same addresses asking if they have resolved the information they supposed need from Desura. I also sent an email to support@desura.com inquiring if they knew what the status was and what was holding things up. As of yet I've recieved no reply from any of those.
Just now a I sent a message to Desura's Twitter account we will see what the say.
I also forwarded the emails I sent before to two of the developers email addresses romain.dubuc@storybird.mobi and julien.rocca@storybird.mobi. You may have seen that Romain has started other threads here but is not responding on this issue.
I urge anyone else who feels wronged by this to keep up contacting them about it and making noise. Whatever anyone may think of me or the situation the keys were definitely promised and a contract was signed agreeing to deliver them upon the game being added to Steam. If anyone does not believe me on this you are welcome to contact support@groupees.com to confirm this."
No wonder the dev took for eons to even say anything. :(
