I would suggest reading The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss. It's the first part of the Kingkiller Chronicle trilogy but only the first two books are published so far. I really enjoyed the first part but I'm waiting for the third book to be published so I can re-read the whole trilogy in one sitting. If you enjoy fantasy this is a great read.

thanks for giveaway. i'm in for infected: the twin vaccine. an excellent book is "have a nice day" by mick foley. even if you have absolutely zero interest in his former profession, it's still a fantastic autobiography.

I'm surprised nobody has entered for IL-2 STURMOVIK 1946. I read it's the best WW2 flight simulator out there. The only reason I'm giving it away is because I don't have a joystick.

I think you should read Brave New World by Huxley, with Brave New World Revisited.
Why? Just because this book was written in 1931, and the essay explains well and with precision some elements that are in our society now.
The crisis is one argument he discuss, but there are a lot of interesting things.

The book is easy to read, and I think all of us must read books like this one and 1984 by Orwell.

I'm not a big reader of books (but I obsessively read every piece of story in every game I play) but my favorite is The Old Man and The Sea. You've probably read it already but that one can always be revisited like you do with a favorite movie.
