innerring: Great bundle. Has Jonny clarified whether Driftmoon will also have a GOG key?
avatar
IanM: interest piqued, a GOG key for Driftmoon would sell me on this
No he hasnt confirmed
Hmm, Ethan: Meteor Hunter, Blood of the Werewolf and maybe Doctor Who: The Adventure Season 1 look interesting to me.
hmm... at least Blood of the Werewolf, Avernum and SOJA for me.

Now, if they had Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet instead of Blood of the Werewolf, I would be much more happy...
Bundle will be live in less than 10 minutes peeps. ;)

why on earth are they launching it now?? geeez
I didn't checked it so far, but is none of these games on Desura?

Edit: Quicksearch gives me Gateways, Ethan and Q.u.b.e. on Desura. Mmmh, would be interesting to know if they just forgot to add the Desura logo on the gamepages (it seems they have new icons) or if they really got no keys.

nijuu: Ethan Meteor Hunter (DRM free, Windows)
Hands up those of you who didn't see the bundling of this coming a mile off?
Nice, picked up 9.03m, Blood of the Werewolf, Doctor Who, Ethan: Meteor Hunter, and Q.U.B.E.

For some reason there is nothing when I click Doctor Who in my purchase profile. I know the key is coming later, but shouldn't there be a download link for the DRM-free version?
Yikes its a bit of a mess at the moment. A load of the artists put on the video are actually just in one larger album, several of them just remixes of other songs. Missing downloads (Doctor Who), Games that when redeemed dont show (Driftmoon) and last minute 'Nixes' of DRM-Free versions (Draw a Stickman: Epic).

What a mess XO

There really are no keys. With the exception of the aforementioned Doctor Who problem, there are DRM-free downloads for all of the games though, so as long as you have the foresight to back the damn things up (it being Groupees and all - we know how reliable Groupees is with keeping things online), it shouldn't be a problem.

Holy shit, so it is. Well, that's a clusterfuck of the highest order.

And just when I thought Groupees was getting its act together finally. Think I might just not bother with them in future.

Almost. Draw a Stickman Epic is missing a DRm-Free version despite originally saying it would have one (The video description has since changed to Steam ONLY)

Edit: Ninja time :D

I realise its a tablet game, but is there an actual drm free version available anywhere?
Can't resist a cheap adventure game, and it's Doctor Who. Got tempted by Driftmoon and Avernum too, though I'm less likely to play them. Now all I need is a Windows tablet.

Agreed. I have the sinking suspicion they are about to pull Doctor Who from the DRM-free queue as well, even though I've already purchased it. If so, that'll be the last bundle I buy from them.

True, but with Desura it's easier to track for updates (kind of, could also be better of course). Whereas I backup all my stuff it's really not a problem, but still something I would appreciate. As I'm only really interested into the Dr Who adventure games the missing drm-free files are still a bigger concern.
