Not really. The anal poking thing happens in even the insanely mainstream crap (if I recall my after-school cartoons correctly, the kid in Dragonball shoved his finger up someone's butt during a tournament). And tentacle rape is just a matter of how gratuitous you want it. Seriously, how many episodes of Sailor Moon involved tentacles/vines/bands of energy/whatever gripping the scantily clad schoolgirls?
Now, that is not to say that all tentacle porn is bad. I vaguely recall reading a Deadpool comic where Wade got sodomized in a very humorous fashion. And, I am sure that if you look deep down (inside your pants), you will find that you too were aroused by the scarred sack of cancer getting some tentacles in his no-no places.
Again, we are all depraved freaks. The best you can hope for is that you can pretend that it is just cultural differences that make you a freak.

On another note though I agree with Wishbone on the anime/hentai thing, I also agree with some guys in this thread that most anime is really crap, there are some gems in there though, and I like to watch them just as much as I enjoy watching real life movie gems.

I suppose it also relates to how much you're exposed to it. True, there are loads of crappy western movies (as in "from the western world", not as in "cowboy movie"), but seeing how many western movies most westerners watch over the years, we're bound to come across the gems as well. For someone like me, however, with little or no interest in anime, I naturally don't watch a lot of it, and so the chances that the only bits of it I manage to see belong in the crap category are quite high.

I guess your right.
Maybe it's also a case of many people dismissing the genre completely when watching a crap anime at first and thinking that all anime is crap.

Personally I find those are the most gem-infused of all music genres, while rap is the one with least gems (I guess that's why they need their gold necklaces and other jewellery).
