shane-o: I wish to get the GTA IV Complete Edition but it's censored here in Australia and I detest censorship

Now, if someone else in a country that has an uncensored version gifts me the game, will it remain uncensored, or will it become censored or even blocked/unable to install? I've heard yes, but would like to hear it from the horses mouth, so to speak

If it's able to be gifted to me and remain uncensored, can anyone help with the following:

1. Let me know if their countries version is uncensored (I think the UK is); then possibly

2. Gift it to my Steam account and I'll PayPal you the money (or another arrangement if you'd like) Steamprices says it's $26.79 here and in the US, £16.74 in the UK

Ubivis: I got several games gifted on steam, as for germany, nearly all shooter are censored or forbidden at all :)

I never had any problem redeeming the gift and installing the games :)
