tascodlx: It would have helped immensely if had played the game. Even if you hadn't, you might have figured it out by googling 'walkthrough carrots toast' (or even 'spoiler carrots toast'). Not too obvious but worth mentioning.

aJillSandwich: Oh, that explains it! I tried to guess your game unsuccessfully six times, and now I see that I wasn't even close! :)
Yeah, a bit of knowledge of the game would've come in handy of course. Still, the Voodoo aspect alone could've set you on the right path. At least that was my idea behind the clues given. I mean, I tried hard to guess more games myself but was way off most of the times.
