"Stopped", not "started". It's the initial kick the anti-depressants give that imbues a person with enough motivation and energy to kill themselves. Without them - most fall prey to apathy.
Then again, evidently some people figure that if they're going to feel bad anyway, they might as well do arbitrary things while they're at it.
