When I was a child I used to play alot of demos on weekly magazines. Unfortunately the major part of the CD's were thrased.

I remember this game in particular, it was a 2D side scrolling game about monsters / satan / angels, and you were a kind of female warrior (dressed in red, i think) with an gun / cannon on your arm to defeat those gremlins, ghosts and skeletons...also the stages were articulated in surface and underground parts, and also in internal parts like crypts (by enetring with UP key).. in the menus there was something referring to tarots. The game was probably for WIN and was from 1995 to 1999

awesome guys... I did this research alot of times with no success in so may forums.. i think the real problem was in the the spelling "Angael". I often end in the 3D game, but this time i found it! Thank you very much, you brought back my memories

And for the problem of spam / bots, i would suggest to enable first email verification (the registration to GOG and forum is direct...

From the gameplay it seems a little bit like Abuse

Abuse! Now there was a platformer. Once you got used the controls anyway. It use to have the best death screetch in game history but I recently picked up an abondonware and it didn't seem so bloodcurdling.

I had that one in this form. Got it used, no manual, couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do.
