I remember a game i played in the 90's. It was a shooter game.

It involved shooting alien ships on a pre-rendered enviromental video.

Games like Deadly Tide, Ravage DX, Rebel Assault 2, Megarace 2, Loadstar Legend of Tully Bodine follow the same pattern.

Only that the game I'm looking for had much simpler graphics, therefore older. Polygons formed the landscape.
I only remember the first level where the ship I'm on was flying over a big city and at some point it made some circles around the Statue of Liberty. In the meantime I had to shoot lots of alien ships. Somewhere around the Statue I had to deal with a some sort of mothership boss.

Any idea what the name of that game was?

Sounds like Chaos Control.
I've just seen a gameplay video of the Saturn version of Chaos Control.

I'm pretty sure this is the one I'm looking for, except the PC version didn't had that kind of quality. Graphics were much simpler.

I'll try to track down the PC version.

Thanks. I've looking for it for years.
