Recently, I've bene trying to find a game I remember from my early teens but I've bene unable to do so, so time to ask the internet.

Now, from what I remember of it, the most clear things were: RTS with a grpahical level similar to KKnD, comprised 3 factions similar to KKnD though they were refered to as Tribes with one of them being made up entirely of Elvis impersonators (I know, its pretty awesome), with the release of the game being somewhere around 1998-2000 though I cant be entirely sure on that but it "feels" right.

I realise that isnt an awful lot of info but its the best I can remember, KKnD interferes with remembering the rest as it was essentially the same game, hence why its easiest to reference against.
Now, I've scoured wikipedia's chronological lists of strategy games from the 90s to early 00s but it was unable to provide me any hints except to make me think of the Tribes games despite them being a completely different genre. Tried searching for Elvis depictions in popular media and nothing comes up except Fallout:NV, yet I remember machine gun toting Elvis impersonators from an isometric perspective in an rts...fighting inbred hillbillies, I think? The only tribe I can clearly remember of the three was the Elvis guys, coz c'mon, thats pretty cool.

If anyone can provide any hints, half-forgotten memories, just any clues to the puzzle, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
