michaelleung: What kind of car is it? And more importantly is there a smell of dead bodies?
Or, more ideally, that "special" smell and stain you only wish was yogurt.

What... custard?
If you're going the charity route, condsider Purple Heart. You'll get a tax deduction out of it, and they will come and pick up the vehicle.

it is a 2004 chevy trailblazer 79k miles. Nothing really wrong with it, I have a couple spots from rocks on the windshield (breakup in Alaska) and um........ yeah that's about it.

Looking at the purple heart site... and a couple local charities. Still some time before I head out so,.... dunno for certain yet
You're going back akwater? Good luck then, friend :)
How about Salvation Army Alaska Branch?

Yeah man, good luck out there.

I'd imagine that Iraq is the better choice at the moment. Especially given the required commitment. Purple Heart looks like an ideal option too.
