Do unto others as you would have done unto yourself. Well, I done bought myself a copy of Imperialism this morning, because I dig turn based strategy games and thought this one looked pretty cool.
Seeing as it's the holiday season and all, I figured I'd invoke the Golden Rule and buy someone else a copy of Imperialism, as well. Why deliciously ironic? Well, not many things represent the antithesis of the Golden Rule so much as a game about blatant economic exploitation.
Anyway, here's the rules if you want to win a free copy of Imperialism:
1. You have to actually want the game.
2. Be the first person to guess the first game I bought on GOG. I know, there's almost 500 games in the catalogue, so here are a couple of hints to narrow it down:
- I bought the game. It wasn't a freebie.
- I love turn based strategy games
- I've been a member of GOG since some time in 2010, so the game had to be here then, as well.
3. Mutliple guesses are allowed. However, only one guess per post and your posts cannot be consecutive in the thread. In other words, after you make a guess, at least one other person has to make a guess before you can guess again.
4. The contest runs until someone guesses correctly.
