What are your favorites? I am looking online to try a few new ones.
Some of my faves are:

Blair's Sudden Death Hot Sauce
Cholula Origina/or Chili Garlic Hot Sauce
El Yucateco XXXtra Hot Kutbil-ik Mayan Style Habanero Hot Sauce
I just bought (literally two hours ago) a big bottle of Saracha Hot Sauce. (Cock brand)

Oh, and never google "Cocksauce"...
The name is sriracha. It's mostly okay. I've had better. :p
You mean Sriracha? If you tried it yet, is it good?

I'm in Mexico. One quarter of my blood is hot sauce. :P

Kind of depends how you want to use it.

Cholula, you already mentioned, is a mild sauce. Good for breakfast and eggs.
Sriracha, already mentioned, is great in things like Pho.
Plain old tabasco with plenty of vinegar useful for fatty things like steamed oysters.

edit: now craving steamed oysters with horseradish, tabasco, and ice cold beer...

In the spectrum of majorly distributed brands, I enjoy both Frank's Red Hot and Cholula.
Sriracha - this one's fairly good if you want have a go at making your own

Edit: Huy Fong is the retail brand I prefer. Should be available locally most everywhere. I would suggest the sample pack if you order it direct.

Should also add this comment. I used to keep lots of exotic hot (HOT) sauces for cookouts, dinners etc. Most were only tasted and eventually thrown out as the expiration dates came around The only hot sauce (other than the sriracha) that was actually being used and needed replacing often was the original Texas Pete Hot Sauce. Oddly enough, it is made in North Carolina rather than Texas. Especially good on eggs and salmon.

Original Tabasco is good enough for me. Sometimes I make my own chilli sauce from powdered chilli / cayenne, chilli flakes and balsamic vinegar (?). It's pretty hot!

http://www.ostrakuchnia.pl/content/blogcategory/23/71/

here you have the list of the hottest sauces in the world (site is in Polish but the scale is universal, sauces names are in original languages)

For example, Blair's 16 Million Reserve , would KILL YOU, if eaten , and it can even kill you without tasting it, if you're astmatic.

I'm not usually going for hot sauces (hotter than tabasco), mostly because they don't have any flavour.capsaicine has no flavour at all, it just causes pain. Pain is not flavour in my dictionary :P

Wow, Tabasco is awful. It's just tinted vinegar.
Crystals Sauce. It's not spicy really, but it has a flavor explosion of awesome!

Absolutely not. The base for Tabasco is chilli pepper, that is laying in barrels for 3 years before they got used to make that sauce. But yeah, vinegar is used in production too.
Here in Ireland they sell a kickass Hot Sauce which is probably the best I've ever tasted

http://www.micschilli.ie/

Works great with almost everything, and I love it since I love spicy food very much

I'm not a fan of tabasco/louisanna either.

Those are good, I am looking for more obscure stuff though.

http://www.hauntedhotsauce.com/ Planning to order those because I love Halloween and hot sauce.
I've had Blair's Instant Death(no chipolte though) which is way at the bottom. XD Must of those are extracts no meant for direct consumption.

There is a hot sauce actually called Kick Ass Hot Sauce(which I thought you were referring to so that link confused me for a few seconds). http://www.amazon.com/Kick-Ass-Hot-Sauce-Jalape%C3%B1o/dp/B000Z4Y50M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1346796546&sr=8-1&keywords=kick+ass+hot+sauce
