My list of questions:

1. The games I giveaway are games that I own like I can give someone my Rainbow Six 1, but I lose Rainbow Six 1 from my games?

2.How and where do I "give" the games I already know PMs but not giving the game itself.
1. Select "buy as gift" when you buy a game.
2.You then PM the code you get by e-mail or from "My account - My Games - Gifts"
3. You can't gift games already in your account.

Feel free to practice on me :P

To gift a GOG game, you can:
1) Buy the game
2) During checkout, check the box to give the game as a gift
3) Put an email address in the text field.
When your payment clears, you'll see the gift code, which will also be sent to the email address you put in the text box. If it's your own email address, you'll get the email and can then send the gift code via PM or post it on the forums, as you choose. If it goes to someone else, they can log on to the website and use the code to get the game.

You can't gift games you own and lose them from your library. Since there's no DRM, there would be no way to prevent you from downloading your game and then "gifting" it to someone else.

For non-GOG games, it's a little different. Check the giveaway threads for more details.

EDIT: Triple-ninja'd! Also, no matter what Licurg says, you don't have to buy Sacrifice before you can gift other games. >.>
