Hello, I am a long time CS player. I have never had an issue with admins, so please keep that in mind. With that said, last week, I was playing CS Assault, and I wanted to "watch vents", except one admin member had other ideas. HE wanted to be the ONLY user to "watch vents". So he kept slaying me. When I complained, I was muted. today, I am trying to check my stats, except I cant type "statsme" because I am still muted. So I changed my name to "please unmute me", only to be banned from the server. So let me re-define things here: admins are on servers to enforce server rules, NOT KICK PEOPLE RIGHT AND LEFT BECAUSE THEY WANT TO BE SELFISH. Human rules state that we need to respect each other, EVERYBODY. No, admins DO NOT have power to say "I am an admin, I am telling you to not go in an area where you are allowed to go by server rules". I really do not care if I get unbanned (although it would be nice to have an extra Assault server), this isnt about that. It is about stating that choosing the admins has been a failure, so I am here to advise, and improve the server. It is really childish of anybody to react the way some of the admins do in-game, so let's grow up and not think that we are FBI agents only because we are admins on servers. I hope I will get unbanned/unmuted. Thanks, counterguy.

But seriously, why complain? I don't own the game, but from playing TF2 I think that it's pretty safe to assume that there are at least 300 more servers within your range. Just switch servers if you don't like the admins. Although why they would appoint a dick as an admin is beyond me.

Quick question: Why post this on GoG? It seems like the complaint would be better recieved on the Steam forums, if there is no group forum for the server.

Edit: And one more thing - you didn't even name the server, so even if someone who could affect the server saw this, they wouldn't even know that it was directed at them.

Yeah, I can't stand getting kicked for no reason. Damn awful admins, but hey, there really isn't anything you can do about it, so it truly is necessary to just move on to another server and accept that some people just really suck.

I never got to enjoy Graal. There were always gangs of assholes who hung around the newbie spawn points and just slew us for minutes at a time until we gave up.

Thanks guys for your replies. I am going to move on (lol i do have a life), and I will play on other servers. This is not the point. I posted on GOG because it is the GOG assault server. I just cant believe the admin was telling me to not go to vents, because he wanted to get all the kills. I just ignored him, except he got upset and slayed me EVERY ROUND. I couldnt believe it. And then today i just wanted to see my stats, so I wanted to be umnuted. I change my name to "unmute me please" and I get banned. It's just a shame for the server, so I am trying to put the word out there that the process of choosing admins is obviously failing. I just want to try to help people who own the server, more than get unbanned :) . If everybody does their part, we can get to where people respect each other if there were admins or non-admins :)
