Thanks! Although, full disclosure, that review was written by my wife (without my solicitation, she did it without me asking or knowing), but it's nice to get it regardless. It actually went to paperback today as well - http://www.amazon.com/dp/1477492550 - sales are steady, but good. The UK version is slowly creeping into the low thousands sales ranking overall, and the top 100 in its category! Not bad for the first few days with no real promotion!
