Perhaps this is involving support? I'd try contacting them again anyway. Just remember that a sale is going on so response times are somewhat longer than usual. Just try to be patient, they'll get to you eventually.

Or maybe I'm reading this the wrong way and this could be a troll post...not sure either way. Oh well.

What do you mean you can't communicate? Give us a few details, maybe we can help you. Also, keep in mind that the site acts a little funny now, because the holiday sales attracted a large number of visitors, and that makes the site act stranger than usual. But either way, give us details so we can help.
Not to mention, it's New Year's Eve, and maybe there aren't many support people around to assist you. However, further information in regards to your problem would probably provide us with a solid base with which to possibly give you a hand ourselves!
