I'm actually in the process of playing through Gemini Rue and had tabbed out to check new posts. The graphics are blocky, but they more than adequately serve the their function. I've played Sam and Max as well and while Gemini Rue has nowhere near the humor, they are both good games.

gold46: I do not think I'd be happy with the level of graphics in Resonance or Gemini Rue
They're simply made to look like adventure games from the early 90's, say Kings Quest VI era. If you weren't playing games then you probably don't get it. Even if you did you might not have the nostalgia bug.

Everyone is different.
I've tried GR, and it has a config. program included that will let you run it windowed and choose nearest-neighbour or anti-aliasing filters for the graphics.
Thanks for the help.

What vanished has said has interested me.. I will check out GR and Resonance in the next Sale.. I got TONNES of games.. I need to finish them

Well, the HQ filter isn't anti-aliasing (and I personally think it looks horrible), but it might make the graphics more palatable for gold46.
Oh, and the HQ filters are 32-bit only so they won't work with Gemini Rue. They do work on Resonance and Primordia, but ruin the graphics in my opinion.
