It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

After you are sending form on "new inquiry" page is green bar with "thank you".
Either GOG merely like annoying you, or they've made a mistake somewhere. Or Lexor pointed out a detail you may have missed.

You don't have access to your old e-mail address anymore? (If you still have access to it, you should be able to reset your password that way, starting at the login screen.)

Try PM'ing one of the staff (look up a blue post and hit the PM button near their name).
I've been using an old free dial up isp email for the last I don't know how long and a couple of months ago they pulled the plug on it for good. I can still login to gog on my laptop as the password is cached in the browser but it wont let me reset the email with out actually typing the pw in :-(

Will try pm'ing a one of the staffers, thanks for that Miaghstir :-)

If your password is cached in the browser you can look it up. Usually und "extras/options" and then somewhere around "security".

If you tell us what browser you have, somebody might guide you better.
Its a great story and im sorry if its true but it sounds fishy... geek squad is known for backing up roaming profiles and going into accounts of cached logons to name one instance why my spider senses are going off...

if you are telling the truth then make sure all java-script is enabled and cookies work (including 3rd party) then disable any addons you have installed in your browser and try again: http://www.gog.com/en/support/contact/general_website_questions

This might help, instructions for Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer (need to install an application for that one) - I'm afraid Opera and Safari/Windows users are either out of luck or need to find another resource.
Tis a true story Starkrun, but I can understand how it looks fishy! To be honest there wasn't really much at stake as I've only bought Constructor so far and had a copy on the HD anyway.

Anyway thanks folks problem solved. I'm using firefox and followed instructions in the link to get pw. I have a bad habit of making every password different and unique so it's very hard to guess what I might have chose months ago :o) I now write them all down on a piece of A4 kept by the computer.
