ET3D: Upping the Steam minimum to the required level takes only a few dollars. Just buy a couple of indie bundles and you're set. For example the current Humble Bundle at $1 will give you $47.94 Steam value.

Try galagiveaways. I've won 3 giveaways so far, out of 118 entered.

2 of the 3 were when the site was still beta though...
