I'm.... very confused as to what Kali is, at least in the way you refer to it. My only results come up as something related to Hinduism, or an online multiplayer networking program.
From what I can see, this game doesn't use DOS (Nor can I find a DOS based version), it uses Windows 95, you'll need an emulator for that instead if they don't support it up to Win-2000 or XP. As far as the multiplayer, I can't really help you there. If you can get it running it likely uses it's own multiplayer network, that is if it still exists. For a game that runs on Windows 95, I can't imagine the network surviving 15 or so years.
The previous version however does work on DOS if you can find the right version, according to this you need specifically DOSbox V. 0.74, and runs on Windows 98. So, this is odd that the more advanced version uses an older operating system. Give all this a try and get back to us if you can get it running.
