a bunch of games on Steam and this person is from the USA or UK. What is a good way to pay that person back and more other than sending them money with Paypal?

What If I wanted something from Steam that is $70 like a collection of games? Who would be willing to gift me a $70 collection of games for 10 GOGs. I say 10 because of course, there should be something in it for the person taking the time to do me such a favor(like 2 GOG games).
