Moved in yesterday. I love it. Oklahoma State (no, no narcs are patrolling for i-dozers).
Congrats! What year? First?
College starts back up for me in a month (fourth and hopefully final year), and I can't wait to go back. As you'll find out (or already know), college is freakin' awesome.
Congrats! You're gonna hate your first roommate and change your major multiple times!
Well, I did, anyway.

Yeah, it's the first year for me and it's been awesome so far.

First year what?
Doesn't matter, noone learns anything in first year anyway

You, sir, are wrong. In first year, you learn where to find booze (or other substances) and friendly chicks. That's what college's first years are for, right?
Just my luck to have gotten course credit and skipped first year. I'd be interested to meet one of those girl things I've read about
congrats hope all goes well with your studies and all the post study activities as in pub crawls :).

Congratulations. You may want to read this, then ;-)
I've always wondered. Is college supposed to be something between the high school and the university in the States?
Because down here in my sad, sad country we finish the high school, pass our 'finals' and off we go to the Uni.

College is another word for University

Gundato: College is another word for University

...In the US.
Yeah its university here too. We have colleges but they're a technical training thing, job skills & certification rather than academia
I thought the US also had a distinction between College and University that was something else than just the way it's spelled.
The again, MIT is still an "institute" apparently. I guess names don't really matter when you're the best academic engineering school in the world.
