I don't think there is a set rule, but in the last IG there was a Happy Hour that lasted almost a couple days, IIRC.

After some "googling" around, I found out is for only 4 hours... I really hope it is more, I don't want to miss this one (first time I'm trying this "feature").

I could be wrong, but I think is for everyone who beats the average (BTA), no matter when you did it.

I won two giveaways when it was still in beta (Two World 2 and a Duke Nukem Forever DLC), and none afterwards. Spent 1,117,566 points so far (not sure if this includes the currently open giveaways I'm a part of or not.)
