What I mean is I can play Xbox,PS3, and WII without caring about console wars or how some people say nintendo is for kids, I dont care I just want to have fun

That's because you have all the consoles. For people who only have one console, they often need to justify their purchase by belittling other consoles.

Nah I'm gonna buy a Nintendo Wii so I can play something casual with my wife even thou all hardcore gamers say it sucks. As long as you possess a brain that's capable of a rational thought, you're not part of console wars

I'd love to have a console because most of my friends have one, but I simply cannot get past the fact that I'll have to use a controller. The vast majority of games are simply much better played with a keyboard and a mouse.

I actually do not care either. However I do tend to gravitate to the PC - a keyboard and mouse just feel better to me than a controller. I would rate my amount of play to be: 1. PC, 2. Handheld (PSP, DS), 3. Wii (including Gamecube games), 4. PS3 and XBOX. I will only buy only on XBOX for that system as all other console games are superior on the PS3.

I just hate having MicroSoft in my hobby. I look at what it was before them, and what it is now, and I weep.

We have several PCs and we also have a Wii. I play the Wii sometimes, although I'm pretty much a 'hardcore' PC gamer. But I seriously don't give a shit what platform people play on, nor do I care what people think about the platform I choose to use. I just enjoy the games I play. Others can waste their time and energy fighting about which platform is better. I'll just play my games.

I agree wholeheartedly. That also applies to the PC vs console gamer wars. Generally I find that as long as the game I'm playing is fun, I don't really give a flying fuck what platform it's on.

I collect all the gaming things! War? Never been involved in one during my life thus far.... I like to chronicle the stupid console war on my blog, though....

The answer to every 'is it just me?' question posted on the internet is 'no'.
