I think so. They usually do not release much between beginning of december and mid of january. It doesn't mean they will not release more later.

Although I think they could/should start releasing new games soon. The more the better, the better games the better.

January is always a bit "slow". People spent a lot of money for christmas, bills accumulate in postboxes, so we tend to spend less money on entertainment. Give it a few weeks and things should return to normal.
