I'm not sure what you mean by "react like this". I read what I posted back, and I still read it as an explanation of my previous post. If I somehow offended you, I'm sorry for that.
I guess it would be a shame (just like the other games that have disappeared from GOG, DotEmu etc.), but maybe it helps if you think of it as a Humble Bundle, ie. available here for purchase only for a limited time. :)

This is the reason why GOG needs to expand, so that they are not reliant only on the sales of Fallouts and Baldur's Gate. Other digital stores have also gotten to the "classic gaming boom".

eh , no offense at all , i simply misreading your post like i said ;)
I hope GOG manages to arrange something but im not holding my breath.

I would like to advise anyone who hasnt got it to get Fallout Tactics, its a very under-rated game and well worth the time and money

Yes. FT is a nice tactical game. It's not like the first two but I've found it still enjoyable. And maybe on the winter sales I'll grab a copy before disappearing.
Is GOG likley to officially comment one way or the other on the Fallout series? If the games will remain on the site, will that be announced? I find their cryptic silence, or "maybe" stance, around the Atari titles confusing and suggest they know more than they let on.

I suspect that GOG do not know for certain exactly what is happening yet. I imagine they will make an announcement closer to the time, If memory serves when XIII was removed we got a weeks notice.

I plan on picking up a few copies of tactics if/when the game is removed from the catalog if its on sale for giving away cause it is a very under-rated game
As I briefly mentioned in another thread, I think the only people left that can be swayed to try Skyrim are the DRM-Free fans. Its going on 2 years of age and has now been bundled with past games of the franchise.

While I'm sure they want to simplify things with Steamworks exclusivity... I think they would make a bit of money by letting GOG sell from their catalog.
