Also i wan't to buy another Collector's Edition of TW2 but is not available in my country. Can i pre-order it here and can be delivered to me? TQ

My house internet connection is very slow. Can i download it from my friend house using my account and later copy the preloaded data to my PC and just download the remaining 50MB on May17th? TQ
If you are worried about censorship, just change what country you are from in your GOG profile (they don't use your IP to determine location anymore). However, I think the only countries that were affected by the censorship were Australia and New Zealand.

GOG does not deal in physical copies, only digital downloads, so they can't deliver anything anywhere. If you are buying that second copy for someone else, you can gift it to them through GOG, but they will have to download it themselves.

DRM free means you can download it whenever, wherever and however you want then transfer it and install it on as many PCs as you own.

Yiuca: Last I checked, which were a mere few days ago with Steam there is an option to save your information which you can uncheck. I always uncheck "store my details" when purchasing on Steam, therefore I have to put in my name & address every time I want to purchase aswell. So while the option is there to store your info, you can opt out of it aswell.
