Unsuprisingly, this question is as a result of the Pot Of GOld thing-I got 5 games which I know I will never, EVER get around to playing, given that I already have over 100 games that I purchased deliberately to play, of which maybe 10 have got any serious playtime.
So, is it possible for me to transfer the newest titles to someone who might actually play them?

not to my knowledge, you could try sending a support ticket though.
As long as you don't download them and send a ticket to support then it should be fine, return policy should apply, maybe you can get some replacements. bit tricky as half you liked, half you didn't..

As mentioned, don't download them and write a support ticket. I don't think the return policy applies here, but Support should be able to turn your purchase into a gift code so you can give it away to someone else or trade it in.
If one of these games was, for example, Ittle Dew, i can be one who take it.
Interesting thread, since in the Pot of Gold I got 2 games I already have somewhere else and 1 game I will never play since it's an horror game.

Instead of getting my money back, I'd prefer to have them changed into gift codes I could give... i'll try the support ticket thing.

You can try, but I doubt that they will turn individual games into gift codes when they were part of a pick-5 promo. I assumed the OP wanted to turn the whole package into a gift code, and that should be possible. (It could still be of use to you though, if you haven't downloaded the two you wanted, because then you could try to give the gift code to someone who already owns the two you want to keep and redeem them after the others are gone.)

^This. I'd also prefer that way. Three games out of five I don't wanna keep.
I've made a request to the support concerning that problem, the answer wasn't satisfying for me :-( :

"Unfortunately because promo price is available only when 5 games are purchased together at once, it is not possible to exchange or receive a refund for selected titles from such order."

But maybe you (Solar1313) could be a luckier one because you would exchange all 5 games, right? Then you should get a refund or a gift code for the whole package, as I'd understand supports response.

I'll never join such random-promo again, effectivly I've paid 10 bucks for only two games, really nice... It's not that the other three wouldn't interest me, no, two won't run on my machine and one I already have bought elsewhere.

Thanks for nothing GOG-Support! :-(

Thanks for nothing GOG? You knew there was the chance of getting games you wouldn't like or games that don't match your systems specs. That is hardly GOG's fault. For some people, random games is fun. I thought it was very fun getting surprised by super cheap games. If you're not the person that thinks that would be fun or didn't have a powerful enough machine to run every game in the catalog, maybe you shouldn't have taken the gamble.

However, GOG does have the 30-day return policy so if you let them know that they don't work on your machine, then they will still probably work with you to exchange them for some games that will work. I'd try that approach.

But did you tell them that the games do not work on your computer? The 30-day return policy doesn't say anything about games received during sales that I could find, so they should still honor it.

You know this applies to actual technical problems with games, right? GOG has more expertise than you ever will in making old games work, can forward your problems with new games to the devs, and probably has dosbox and boxer on speed dial in case something seems to go wrong with those. They will be trying to identify and resolve the problem and request all sort of infodumps from you, and if the infodump says you were trying to run The Witcher 2 on a P133, refund pleeeeeeeze, you won't be getting it.
Technical issues
If you buy a game and have significant technical issues with it (e.g. it does not run on your system), we will give you a full refund provided the following conditions are met:

You must have genuine technical issues with the game.
You need to contact GOG Customer Support to request the refund within 30 (thirty) days of the original purchase of the game (if you received the game from a GOG-authorised exchange for another game, then the 30 day period starts running from the date of exchange).
GOG Customer Support must have a reasonable time period in which to try to resolve the issue before they process the refund to you.

Seems to me that your example clearly falls under "it does not run on your system".

I like GOG. But they're playing a dodgy game here, and should expect to deal with fallout such as this. What's more, based on recent posts, they've pulled the BIG titles (their words) from the random assortment, but they haven't changed their posting which suggests that they're available to be won. Sketchy.
